Since 2014, Shanavas has led Prime Land’s day-to-day operations across leasing, property management and client relationships — growing the portfolio from a handful of buildings in Mussafah to residential villas, staff accommodation, warehouses, shops and showrooms across Abu Dhabi.
His focus has always been on service that holds up over years, not months: transparent dealings with owners, responsive support for tenants, and a team empowered to solve problems on the ground.
